Register your meter

Before your prepaid electricity or water meter can generate tokens, it must first be registered on the VoltFlow Tech vending platform.

Registration is a simple once-off online process that links your meter to the vending network, allowing prepaid electricity or water tokens to be generated successfully. We recommend completing your registration as soon as you receive your meter to avoid unnecessary delays during installation or commissioning.

Before You Register

Please read the following important information before completing the registration form:

  • One registration form is required for each individual meter.
  • Multiple meters cannot be registered on a single form. Please complete a separate submission for every meter purchased.
  • Meter registration is completely FREE. There are no registration or activation fees.
  • Register your meter as soon as possible after purchase to help avoid delays when the meter is ready for use.
  • Online registrations only. We do not accept paper or in-person registration requests.
  • Only one registration submission is permitted per meter. Please ensure all information is correct before submitting.

By submitting this registration form, you confirm that:

  • All information provided is true, accurate and complete.
  • You have reviewed the information carefully before submission.
